Actor Jude Okpara Releases CCTV Footage Of Man Accused Of Stealing Phones At Late Cjay Nwoks’ Service Of Songs

Nigerian actor Jude Okpara has shared CCTV footage allegedly showing how an older man stole a purse, phones, ATM cards and other valuables inside a church in Gbagada, Lagos State.

The actor shared the footage following reports that the man allegedly stole the items during the service of songs and burial events held in honour of late Cjay Nwoks at a Redeemed Christian Church of God branch.

According to the earlier appeal, the suspect attended the event before allegedly taking the valuables belonging to Rex Kingsley Ok and disappearing from the venue.

Sharing the video, Okpara wrote: “Here’s The Full Video Showing How This Old Man Stole a Purse, Phones, ATM Cards And Other Valuables Inside a Church.”

The footage has drawn attention online, with several social media users expressing disbelief that someone would allegedly steal from people attending a burial service.

Others expressed hope that the man would be identified and apprehended, while some commenters claimed that they had seen similar allegations involving him at previous church events. These claims have not been independently verified.
