Veteran Nollywood actor Chiwetalu Agu has stirred reactions online after a viral video captured him delivering a strong motivational message about hard work, personal responsibility and self-development.

In the trending clip, the actor spoke extensively about the dangers of depending on others for survival, stressing that people must take responsibility for their lives instead of blaming others for refusing to help them.

Continuing his message, the Nollywood actor stressed that transformation comes through effort and not through waiting for sympathy or assistance.

He also warned that situations could remain the same or become worse if people refuse to improve themselves.
