Ayo Kuti, the son of renowned Nigerian Afrobeat musician Femi Kuti, has become the subject of widespread online discourse following a series of personal revelations made during a recent livestream appearance with media personality Davreal.

During the broadcast, Ayo discussed the circumstances surrounding his decision to become sexually active at the age of 16.

He directly attributed this choice to a prior conversation with his father regarding the age at which Femi Kuti himself lost his virginity.

Ayo explained that learning his father was 17 at the time served as motivation to do so earlier.

“The only reason I lost my virginity at 16 is because my dad told me that he lost his at 17. So I said, okay, I have to be number one in my family. Cos you have to know say e dey shake, e dey break. My dad is a bad boy,” Ayo stated.
