“He came for one week” – Lady narrates how man’s life allegedly fell apart after hosting his homeless friend

A Nigerian lady has shared a disturbing story about a man whose life allegedly took a downturn after he allowed a friend to stay in his house for just one week.

According to her, what was meant to be a short visit unexpectedly stretched into weeks and then months, with the host unable to confront his friend about when he intended to leave.

Narrating the ordeal, she said:

“He said a friend called him that he needed a place to stay for one week. He agreed, but one week passed, two weeks passed, and the guy didn’t leave. He didn’t even know how to ask him when he was leaving.”

She further explained that after a while, things allegedly began to go wrong for the host, as his finances started to decline and his lifestyle reportedly changed.

The situation reportedly worsened to the point where the guest became the one supporting him financially, while the host struggled to take care of himself.

“After one month, things started going bad for him. By the second month, it was the visitor that was feeding him. He couldn’t even fuel his car again and started selling things in his house,” he added.
