Phyna calls for political action, questions LagRide’s weekly payment model

She explained that while she initially considered helping some people join the scheme by paying the reported ₦50,000 entry requirement, she became concerned after learning that drivers allegedly need to remit about ₦450,000 weekly.

The reality star argued that the amount seems excessive, especially considering competition from other ride-hailing platforms.

“How are you helping the Nigerian youth with a ₦450,000 weekly drop-off?” she asked.

LagRide was launched by the Lagos State Government to create jobs and modernize ride-hailing services in Lagos.

“It is time for a better government. Our vote must count. This is March and we have to start getting angry now. We really have to start getting angry now. so since we are here now i have decided to start opting out things that are factual in nigeria against the 2027 election because i had already promised myself that i’ll be very active in the 2027 election because i’m tired of the way i’m spending money i’m tired of how life has been rent everything is too much and as a nigerian youth i am fully going to use my platform my voice to say what I feel is good.
