Veteran singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, reacted strongly to reports of a troll being sentenced to prison following false, grave allegations made against him.
Reports as of March 2026 indicate that a woman who previously accused Rudeboy of abusing his domestic staff and engaged in severe cyberbullying was arrested, charged, and sentenced to imprisonment.

It was alleged that she was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment and would be released in 2032.

The veteran singer took to his X page to debunk the report as well as a fake screenshot showing that he had posted about it on his Instagram.
