Popular social media activist, Verydarkman has shared a shocking experience that occurred the moment he arrived in Nigeria from his trip to China.
During a live stream session, he recounted that security operatives confronted him at the airport, seized his passport, and warned that his life was in serious danger.

Confused and alarmed, he repeatedly asked why they were taking it, but the officers refused to provide an explanation.

“The day I landed in this country, security operatives came and seized my passport. When they took it, I thought something had happened. I asked why they were seizing my passport, but they said nothing.”
He was then taken into an office, expecting a formal interrogation, the officials informed him that his life was under threat and advised him to seek protection immediately from either the police, the army, or the DSS.

They reportedly explained that several intercepted calls indicated that assassins were being sent after him.
When he asked who was behind the threat, the officials refused to give any names, stating that it involved a group rather than an individual. Verydarkman eventually received his passport back and declined any form of protection.

“They asked again, ‘Who do you want to protect you during this period… The police, the army, or the DSS?’ I told them nobody. I will never use security. The day I go is the day I go. If I am gone today, I’m good.”
