Nigerian rapper Oladipo Emmanuel, better known as Chinko Ekun, has officially married his longtime love, Ayemidun, in a vibrant celebration that lit up Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The wedding festivities took place at Manhattan Hall in Eleyele, starting with a colourful traditional engagement. Chinko Ekun commanded attention in a regal black-and-gold agbada, exuding cultural sophistication, while Ayemidun complemented him beautifully in an eye-catching traditional outfit.

The celebration later transitioned into a white wedding, where the rapper looked sharp in a cream-coloured blazer and his bride captivated guests in a graceful white gown. The reception brimmed with joy, music, and laughter, as the couple took to the dance floor, their bond evident in every move. For the after-party look, the bride wowed in a pink gown paired with gold, stone-encrusted glasses.

Chinko’s path to this joyful day was marked by perseverance. Beginning his career in 2011 by sharing freestyle videos online, he caught public attention in 2013 with his debut single Ekun. Despite his 2018 chart-topping hit Able God, the rapper revealed in 2022 that he faced homelessness after parting ways with his record label.
