BREAKING: NCAA blacklists K1 De Ultimate, bans him from Airports

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has officially blacklisted Fuji legend, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as K1 De Ultimate, following an alleged security breach at the Abuja airport.

The incident, which occurred on Tuesday, August 6, caused a stir at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and reportedly disrupted a scheduled flight.

According to reports, the veteran musician was about to board Flight VK201 from Abuja to Lagos when he arrived with a gold flask containing an unidentified liquid.

When ground staff requested to inspect the contents of the flask, K1 allegedly refused and continued drinking from it.

His actions raised concerns among airport officials, who suspected the flask might contain alcohol — a substance prohibited onboard aircraft in Nigeria.

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) had earlier launched an investigation into the matter, describing the conduct as “unruly” and a disruption to airport operations.

Following the probe, the NCAA moved swiftly to place the singer on a blacklist, effectively restricting his access to airport facilities until further notice.

As of press time, K1 De Ultimate or his representatives have not issued any official statement regarding the incident.
