Popular influencer and content creator, John Merry, widely known as Beauty Goddess, has opened up about the reason for her absence from Priscilla Ojo’s wedding.

Recall that over the weekend, Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s highly anticipated wedding was held in Lagos, with prominent dignitaries, entertainment personalities, and Big Brother Naija alumni in attendance.

However, Beauty Goddess’s absence at the wedding sparked online buzz, leading to intense backlash.

In a recent development, Beauty Goddess addressed the backlash, revealing her absence stemmed from a flight booked, prior to Priscilla Ojo’s wedding.

“I just couldn’t cancel my expensive flight because of Priscilla’s wedding. My vacation was already booked”, She stated.

According to her, she reached out to Priscilla Ojo to explain her absence from the wedding and addressed ongoing intense backlash.

In a surprising admission, she questioned if trolls could uncover three videos of them, claiming they are not friends.

“You guys are doing the most. Can you guys just chill I’m so happy for her. You can’t find 3 videos of us hanging out. No you can’t, how are we friends?”, She added.
