Popular American rapper, Lil Nas X has stirred concerns after revealing his struggle with facial paralysis.

The Grammy-nominated rapper disclosed this in a video posted on X, (formerly Twitter).

In the video, Lil Nas X is spotted in a hospital bed, revealing how only half of his face moves as he attempts to smile.

“This is me doing a full smile right now by the way”, He stated.

The ‘Old Town Road’ crooner is seen in high spirits despite the health scare, showcasing his resilience and positivity amid the facial paralysis diagnosis.
