The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed fresh charges against Jude Okoye, the former manager of the defunct music duo, Psquare, following N100 million bail.
Earlier, a Federal High Court in Lagos granted Jude Okoye N100 million bail amid money laundering allegations.

However, trouble brews for Jude Okoye as EFCC files fresh charges, accusing him of financial misappropriation.

According to the petition, Jude Okoye and Northside Music Limited misappropriated $767,544.15 paid by Lax Records Limited for digital distribution and publishing royalties.
The petition stated that the act is contrary to Sections 278 and 285 of the Criminal Code of Lagos State, 2011.

According to recent reports circulating online, Jude Okoye has been remanded in Ikoyi prison.
