The fuel scarcity in Abuja continues to bite harder on commuters in the Federal capital territory

as black marketers have increased the price of the commodity.

The video shows a commuter negotiating the price of 10 liters of petrol being sold by a black marketer on the road for N5000 as against 1650 it was sold for at fuel stations two weeks ago.
