In a video making rounds online, the lady said that she visited her bank to officially file a complaint about the sums of money being withdrawn from her account.

According to her, the bank officials said that they don’t know what happened and asked if she has her card details on any online platform.

Precious said she does not have any of her card details online, adding that the only transaction she does digitally is through her GoTV app.
