Nigerian comic actor and entrepreneur, Williams Uchemba has narrated his birth story of how he was dedicated to God by his mum before being conceived.

The Nollywood star said that his mum had given birth to 4 girls before him, so she prayed for God to bless her with a son, whom she will in turn pledge to serve him.

His story is similar to Samuel in the Bible whose mother, Hannah prayed to God for a son, saying that if answered, she will dedicate him to the Almighty.

According to Uchemba, after his mum made the request, 10 months later he came to earth. He noted that he is blessed as a result of his mother’s action, so he would not apologise for the grace upon him.

Sharing a photo of himself, the actor wrote;
”After 4 girls and in desperate need of a boy my mother told God that if he gives her a son she will dedicate him back to him to serve him, 10 months later I showed up. So I’m not sorry for being blessed it was a decision that was made in my absence.”
