Reality TV star Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has sparked discussions online after she was denied entry to the birthday celebration of 2025 Big Brother Naija winner, Imisi.

The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and left the “Hypeman” queen visibly upset.

Denied Entry Over Livestreaming

Phyna revealed that she was stopped at the entrance of Imisi’s party because she refused to stop livestreaming the event to her fans.

According to her, the organizers instructed her to drop her camera, a request she deemed unfair and unnecessary.

Phyna Questions Organizers’ Double Standards

In a viral video circulating online, Phyna expressed her frustration, questioning why she was singled out while other high-profile guests might not face similar restrictions.

She asked: “If na Speed or Peller come here, you go tell them to drop camera?”

Security Rules 

Phyna said the security personnel insisted that filming was prohibited inside the party venue.

However, she felt the rule was applied selectively, leading to an embarrassing moment at the door.

She emphasized that her intention was purely to support Imisi, not to cause trouble.
