‎A Nigerian youth whose crying photo went viral in 2023 has spoken out about the circumstances surrounding the incident.

‎In the photo, the man is seen in a native outfit, crying as he poses, while the photographer appears unbothered, snapping the shot.

‎Man Shares Why He Cried

‎The young man, identified as @niff-wizzy on TikTok, shared that he cried because he wasn’t interested in taking the photo and his toy was seized.

‎According to him, he is a graduate from the University of Ibadan (UI).

‎”I was crying because I didn’t want to snap plus someone collected my toy. I attended UI”, The post reads.
