Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has finally reacted to the swirling rumours linking him to the alleged marital crisis between BBNaija stars Bambam and Teddy A.

Speculation had trailed the reality TV couple after fans noticed that they unfollowed each other on social media.

The development sparked widespread concern online, with many assuming their marriage might be over.

However, Bambam later appeared to shut down the rumours by flaunting her wedding ring in a social media post.

The controversy deepened after an X user identified as Stay Wicked made a bold claim about the couple’s relationship.

The user alleged that Bambam’s marriage had crashed because she was reportedly pregnant for Uzor Arukwe.

The post further claimed that Teddy A discovered the alleged pregnancy through a leaked chat.

The social media user also made ill remarks about women, fueling outrage on the platform.

The claims quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans.

Arukwe Responds to the Claims

Reacting to the accusations, Uzor Arukwe firmly denied any romantic involvement with Bambam.

The actor clarified that his relationship with the actress is strictly professional.

He stressed that the allegations were false and damaging.

Arukwe also revealed that the identity of the X user had been uncovered.

He warned that the individual could face serious legal consequences for spreading what he described as unfounded rumours.

In his response, the actor stated that he intends to make an example of the accuser to discourage others from circulating defamatory claims online.

He noted that such serious allegations could attract a jail term, especially when they harm reputations and families.

Arukwe further urged social media users to respect boundaries and avoid chasing clout at the expense of others’ lives and careers.

He wrote: “A specific account has been identified to spread false rumors and baseless accusations about me and my professional engagement with another colleague in the industry. I choose not to quote the account directly, as I refuse to give such accounts the engagement they seek at the risk of jail time. Believe me when I say this: that individual will be made a scapegoat so others learn to respect boundaries and refrain from chasing clout and Elon Musk money at the expense of damaging someone else’s reputation.”

Following his statement, many of Arukwe’s supporters took to social media to defend him.

Several fans expressed outrage over the allegation, insisting that the accuser should be held accountable.

Some also pointed out that the X user failed to use the word “allegedly” in the viral post, warning that such direct claims could strengthen a legal case against him.
