Nollywood actress Uche Montana breaks down in tears following her nomination for the Best Lead Actress category at the 11th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Uche Montana earned the nomination for her role in Thin Line, competing alongside Chioma Chukwuka (Seven Doors), Gbubemi Ejeye (Farmer’s Bride), Uzoamaka Onuoha (Agemo), Uzoamaka Aniunoh (Phoenix Fury),Hilda Dokubo  (Wives on Strike 3), and Bimbo Ademoye(Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre) in the highly competitive category.

Reacting to the nomination, the actress shared a video on her Instagram story, overwhelmed with joy. While screaming at the top of her voice, she expressed disbelief at the milestone.

“I can’t believe it; Best Actress AMVCA 2025!” she captioned the video.

Her AMVCA nominations have sparked excitement among fans and industry players, with many celebrating Uche Montana’s achievement.
