Two South African men found themselves sleeping inside their car which got stuck in a muddy water after partying hard.

It was gathered that they attended a party where they consumed high amounts of alcohol and got drunk in the process.

While driving home from the party, due to their drunken state, they unknowingly entered a muddy water which seemed to have been deep, and there was no way out for them.

The friends ended up sleeping in the car till residents spotted them, and offered to help. Other friends who were aware that they attended a party linked the incident.

Photos of the two guys at the party alongside images of the them inside the car are circulating online.
