Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan has visited a dilapidated secondary school in Ahoada West, where a young girl was reportedly assaulted after posting about the poor condition of the school online.

During the visit, the activist highlighted the state of the school’s facilities and criticised authorities for allowing such conditions to persist.

VeryDarkMan also revealed that Nigerian music star Burna Boy, who is from the local government area, had instructed him to begin plans to renovate the entire school.
According to him, the Grammy-winning singer promised to fund the renovation project.

The activist also called out the chairman of the local government, Eugene Chita Epelle, questioning the leadership’s response to the state of public schools in the area.
