A man, PlaywithTomide, has sparked discussion after recounting his experience at a billionaire’s house in Banana Island, Lagos, where he said he met a housemaid who had worked for the family since 2021.
According to Tomide, the maid was carrying two children who, he claimed, appeared unkempt when he visited the residence.

Recounting the encounter, Tomide said he told the woman’s employer that he considered the situation unfair, particularly given the length of time she had reportedly worked for the family.

He said, “I visited a billionaire’s house in Banana Island and saw the same housemaid who had worked there since 2021, carrying two kids who looked unkept.”
Tomide further stated that he asked about the woman’s salary before expressing his concerns to her employer.
