Big Brother Naija star, Phyna, embroiled in controversy following her younger sister’s demise.

Gistreel reported that Phyna’s sister, Ruth passed away on August 31, 2025, after being hit by a Dangote truck on August 13, 2025, days after her graduation from Auchi Polytechnic.

According to the now -viral audio, a young man’s voice was heard accusing Phyna of clout chasing and greed.

He claimed that after Ruth’s accident, Phyna was informed and showed up until the incident went viral online.

“She’s a clout chaser.Even the first day, Phyna said she was shooting movie,she didn’t come for her sister until the issue trended online“, He stated.

The audio alleged that Ruth was admitted to Auchi Polytechnic as a single mother and Phyna never supported her.

According to the young man, Ruth, a class representative, was a hardworking lady who suffered during her study at the polytechnic.

“Ruth came to Auchi Polytechnic as a single mother. I didn’t expect Ruth to come for HND. She suffered as a class rep, very hardworking “, He added.
