A Nigerian man has sparked debate online after expressing doubts over whether Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has genuinely re-dedicated her life to Christ, claiming that her recent actions suggest otherwise.

In a viral video circulating on social media, the man questioned why the actress would clean a church while ensuring the act was recorded and shared online.
He described the move as unnecessary clout-chasing and attention-seeking.

“I’m not convinced Tonto Dikeh has changed. I feel it’s more of a mental issue that people are not seeing. Why would you be cleaning the church and telling someone to record you and post it?

It’s unnecessary clout and attention. If you have truly changed, your actions will speak for themselves. You don’t need anyone recording your changed behaviour.”
His comments have since sparked mixed reactions online, with some agreeing, others, however, argued that sharing positive actions can inspire people.
