Nigerian rapper, Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, widely known as Phyno, has addressed reports of selling off his multi-billion naira estate.

Phyno purchased his estate, comprising 20 houses, in 2023, worth N1.4 billion, as announced by renowned politician, Ned Nwoko.
However, rumors have been circulating, as alleged by a blogger, claiming that the singer has sold off his estate to an Arab man from Libya.

According to the blogger, the sale of his estate stemmed from tribalism.

The tweet reads,
“Musician Phyno has allegedly sold off his 10 billion naira estate in Lagos from an Arab man. According to Phyno, it was mistake building such an estate in Yoruba land, where he feels his people are not welcomed”.

However, Phyno swiftly responded to the report, debunking it as baseless.
He tweeted,
