Samklef, a popular music executive and musician, shared an update on the tremendous fundraising effort for Mohbad’s 5-month-old kid, noting that it has exceeded 32 million naira.

You may remember that on September 12, 2023, the popular musician passed away, leaving behind his wife Wunmi and their 5-month-old child.

To support the singer’s child, charitable Nigerians came together to contribute millions of naira.

On September 19, Samklef updated his followers on Twitter on the total amount raised to date, which he said was N32,744,900.

He wrote;

“So far we have raised! N32,744,900 so far for mohbad son! God bless everyone contributing there is the deputy governor of Lagos state @drobafemihamzat paying last respects for imole!mohbad”
