Nigerians hail doctor as he replaces consultation fee with PVCs in his hospital (Video)

Nigerians have commended Prof Dr Kingsley Obioha, after he announced that in lieu of consultation fees, patients would be required to show their permanent voters card (PVC)

In the viral video, the doctor could be seen announcing to patients in the waiting room to bring their PVCs as this would be their payment to see the doctor.

With the 2023 general elections drawing close, Nigerians in high places have made moves to ensure that the citizens are registered and ready to exercise their franchise on election day.

The move made by the doctor has elicited reactions from netizens who have highly commended his decision.
