Microsoft hires Nigerian teenage programmer as intern

A Nigerian boy identified as Ifeoluwa Kolopin has taken to social media to celebrate after landing an internship gig at Microsoft.

The teenage programmer revealed that he had been selected as an intern to work on Software Engineering as well as Project Management tasks.

Ifeoluwa shared a photo of himself on his first day at Microsoft Headquarters in Washington, United States and said he will be working there for the next 12 weeks.

He wrote; ”Day 1 as a Microsoft Intern.

Will spend the next few months doing both SWE & PM tasks, and learning as much as I can.🙏🏾❤️
