A young Nigerian man’s social experiment has brought joy to the heart of an elderly woman who sells popcorn by the roadside.

In a video posted on Instagram, the lad and his friend surprised the popcorn seller with N5,000. He approached the woman’s stand and made to buy N100 worth of popcorn.

After packaging the popcorn and giving to to him, he paid N500 and told the woman to keep the change which is N400.

However it did not end there as the generous man began giving her N500 notes one by one until it amounted to N5k.
The woman offered him a bottle of groundnut to go with as a way of appreciating him, but he refused to accept it.
