One official of the Vehicle Inspection Office VIO was challenged by a Nigerian man in a viral video for not using his seatbelt while driving.

The man could be seen in the footage approaching the officers while they were all stopped in traffic after getting out of his car. He questioned the officers, saying they had broken the same safety regulations for which Nigerians were detained.
The officers defended themselves by saying they were heading to a “operation.”
