An official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA, has been captured on tape assaulting a bike rider in public.

The video was recorded by the bike man probably so that he can have proof of what transpired, but the LASTMA official was furious over a yet to be known incident and decided to lash out at him.
He struck the man and hit the recording device while also shouting at him in the presence of armed police officers.

The officers had to intervene and tell the official to cease the assault on the man who remained silent and never retaliated.
