Lagos police PRO reacts after lady shares death threat message she received from a random number

A Nigerian lady on Thursday November 15, took to her Twitter handle to share the death threat message she received from a random number.

The lady with the handle @veraholukoye alerted the police about the message. The messenger had threatened to kill her for not taking his calls.

The person also said that he knows her information including where she lives and will come to kill her.

A Twitter user left a comment saying this is the new method people use now to possibly extort money from others.

The spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, while reacting to the tweet, hinted that an investigation has commenced and that he can assure the lady that the man is not a threat to anyone.
