“Judy didn’t use juju, she treated Yul Edochie like a king” — Uche Maduagwu

In a statement shared on Instagram, Maduagwu argued that Yul’s affection for Judy stems not from supernatural influence but from the respect and admiration she consistently shows him, something he believes was missing in Yul’s previous marriage.

“Judy did not use juju on Yul, she only treated him as a king and lord and that is why he is having happiness. I do not support what Judy did, everybody knows I do not support it. In fact, I am angry that she got pregnant with Yul, but this should be a lesson to married women,” Maduagwu said.

The outspoken actor suggested that many modern marriages face challenges because, over time, women stop treating their husbands with the same level of reverence and affection they showed before marriage.

“Many men are not happy in their marriages but they cannot complain. So many of them are not treated like kings in their homes. Before a man marries a woman, she worships the man, but when they finally get married, the woman begins to change her character,” he added.

He, however, clarified that he does not condone Judy’s decision to get involved with a married man. Maduagwu insisted that the controversy should prompt reflection among married women on how they treat their spouses.
