According to Verydarkman, such actions reflect a recurring attitude rather than an isolated incident, insisting that Wizkid should show more respect to industry pioneers and legends whose impact extends beyond music into culture and society.

“Wizkid is not even greater than me talk less of Fela. He’s not. Contribution to the society? Get out, he’s not. A lot of them can’t even lace my boots.
