“I want 3 million naira”- Chat implicating Mohbad’s wife emerges online

A chat implicating Olawumi, widow of the late Nigerian singer‑songwriter, Mohbad, has emerged online.

‎The chat was posted by Yomi Fabiyi, a Nollywood actor and human rights activist via Instagram.

‎It would be recalled that Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023 .

‎Despite a series of court hearings and police investigations, the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s passing remain unclear.

‎Details Of The Chat

‎In the chat dated December 11, 2024, Mohbad’s brother, Adura claimed he has a video of the singer’s fight with Cynthia, in which he demands the sum of 3 million naira before sending the video.
