Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has shared an update about her mental health, showing her frustration with the process of healing.
She was suspended indefinitely from the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) after an investigation found her guilty of defamation and alleged affairs with prominent figures, along with slandering her peers.
Since then, she has apologized publicly to Nigerian cleric Apostle Johnson Suleman, with whom she had past conflicts.
In her Instagram story, she suggested that her struggles run deeper, expressing that healing isn’t sufficient and wishing for her memories to be wiped away.
“Healing isn’t enough, I need my memory erased,” she stated on her Instagram story.
