“I can’t marry just for love” – Tacha says future husband must at least match her status

Former Big Brother Naija star, Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has sparked reactions online after revealing that love alone can’t make her marry when it comes to choosing a life partner.

She revealed that she can no longer consider marrying purely for love and stressed that her future husband must match her wealth and status.

“I can’t marry just for love. I’m looking for a billionaire. I’m a millionaire, so my potential husband should be richer than me. I’m certain I can’t marry for love,” she said.

Tacha added that before participating in Big Brother Naija in 2019, marrying for love might have been an option, but her current lifestyle and achievements have changed her standards.

She explained that fame has brought a new perspective to relationships, where financial compatibility and lifestyle alignment are now crucial factors.
