According to earlier reports, Toyin Abraham expressed her frustration after being publicly ignored by Funke during the premiere of an Iyabo Ojo movie. When Toyin greeted Funke by tapping her shoulder and saying, “Aunty Funke, good evening ma,” Funke reportedly looked away, leaving Toyin visibly embarrassed.

Following the incident, Toyin revealed in a blog comment that she had unfollowed Funke on Instagram and vowed not to greet her again. In a comment that has since been deleted, she wrote: “I have unfollowed her, God forbid bad things. If I ever greet her again that means I’m a bastarrd.”
