Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi, has reportedly been the victim of a violent burglary at his residence in the United Kingdom.

According to reports, the footballer was allegedly held at knifepoint by attackers who broke into his home and carried out the operation.

The suspects were said to have ransacked the property, making away with valuables estimated at about £500,000. Items reportedly stolen include designer wristwatches, jewellery, two iPhones, a MacBook laptop, and approximately £200,000 in cash.
Authorities have since launched an investigation into the incident, with efforts ongoing to track down those responsible.

Despite the reported ordeal, Iwobi featured for Fulham FC last weekend, helping the team secure a 3-1 victory over Burnley FC in the Premier League.
