Eniola Badmus Apologizes To Opeyemi Aiyeola Over Hair Loss Comment

Popular Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus recently issued an apology to her colleague, Opeyemi Aiyeola, after receiving backlash for a comment about Aiyeola’s hair loss.

The incident stemmed from a video in which actress Opeyemi Aiyeola was visibly upset by a remark from Eniola Badmus regarding her hair. Eniola had commented, “Ope, where is your front hair?” after noticing a change in Aiyeola’s appearance.

This comment was not well-received by Opeyemi, who angrily referred to Eniola as both an “animal” and an “ignorant person.” She expressed disappointment, pointing out that she did not expect such an insensitive remark from someone like Eniola, who herself had once faced ridicule and body shaming before undergoing surgery.

In response, Eniola took to the comments section of Opeyemi’s post to clarify that her remark was meant as a harmless joke made out of affection, grounded in their friendly relationship.

Acknowledging that her words might have been hurtful, Eniola Badmus publicly apologized to Opeyemi, expressing regret if the comment about her hair loss caused any offense.
