Diddy Combs transferred to federal US prison to serve jail term

‎American rapper, Sean Diddy Combs has been transferred to a US federal prison to serve his 50-month sentence.

‎It would be recalled that Diddy Combs was sentenced to 50 months imprisonment on October 3, 2025 for prostitution-related crimes.

‎The rapper was convicted of two counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution.

‎According to a report from TMZ, Combs is currently held in the low-security Fort Dix prison, a facility known for its drug treatment programs.

Earlier, Combs’ legal representatives requested his transfer to the Fort Dix prison, where he is set to stay until May 8, 2028.

Recall that Diddy Combs trial commenced on May 5, 2025, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He faced multiple federal charges arising from allegations of sexual misconduct, racketeering, and human trafficking.

However, Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges.

During his trial, Diddy Combs was accused of operating a network of associates and employers, who arranged interstate travel for women to engage in sexual acts with him.

Additionally, Diddy’s lawyer presented a  $50 million bond proposal and offered restrictive conditions.

The conditions include home detention with GPS monitoring, no internet or phone access, 24/7 supervision, and weekly drug testing to ensure his compliance .
