Popular Nigerian comedian and skit-maker, Michael Charles aka OGB Recent has urged music superstar, Davido Adeleke better known as Davido to vie for the presidency.

The content creator made the call in a post through his official Twitter page on Monday 11th of April 2022 while tagging the singer.

This comes amid the declaration by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo to run for the presidential office in 2023.

 

OGB Recent said that Davido is a good person who deserves a shot at being the president of Nigeria.

He wrote; ”Make @davido just run for presidency, that man is too good 🐐”

Meanwhile, in 2020, Davido said during an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, that he may run for House of Representatives in the near future.

When asked if he was ever going to run for office, the DMW boss said; “You will see. Presidency, I’m joking. I don’t know, I’ll probably start from the house of representatives,” he said. “This is the first time I am ever saying this, Yes I win run for office.”
