Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has at long last responded to claims that he had been dating Queen Dami, the late Alaafin of Oyo’s wife.
The musician discussed his relationship with the young woman in an interview with Honest Bunch Podcast presenters Nedu Wazobia and others.

This is in response to the internet being flooded with screenshots of Portable and Dami’s conversations, in which they both exchanged affectionate terms like “my king” and “my queen” along with “love” emojis.
The Zazuu actor commented of their relationship and claimed that if the King had been alive, he would not have made any efforts to approach the Queen since “after king na king.”

In answer to a question on the legitimacy of the rumors,
He said;

“Queen Dami has been my fan from day one.

When I now heard of the king’s death, after king na king. You wouldn’t have seen me with her if the king was still alive. I no dey follow person wife.”
