Actress Oluwabukola Awoyemi reveals four family members abducted in Kwara church attack, criticizes First Lady’s statement

Actress Oluwabukola Awoyemi has publicly challenged the Kwara State First Lady’s statement describing the recent attack on a church in Eruku as merely an “attempted incident” with no casualties or abductions.

It was earlier reported that armed terrorists had invaded a church in Kwara, causing terror at the scene.

She revealed that four members of her own family are currently missing and believed to be in the custody of the attackers.

I’m from Eruku Town, Ekitiluku Government, Kwara State. Ma’am, the information you got from the Kwara State police is false, ma’am. Because this involves my people directly. They were streaming live while the church program was going on when the bandits came in. And a lot of people were abducted. I’m so much pained when I saw the release that it was an attempted attack and nothing happened to anyone. And some people are in the hospital right now. Three people are dead now, right now. I’ve spoken to a lot of people from my town. My cousins, my uncles, presently my cousin.
