Singer Peter Okoye, one-half of the defunct music duo Psquare, has shared fresh details about the disagreement that led to another fallout between him, his twin brother Paul Okoye, and their elder brother, Jude Okoye.

Speaking about what transpired after the brothers reconciled, Peter claimed he was invited to sign documents he did not fully understand, believing they were related to opening a bank account for show payments.

“After we came back as brothers, the next day, Paul called me.”

Peter said he met both Paul and Jude, who presented him with documents to sign.

“When I got there, I saw him and Jude with some documents for me to sign. I asked what the documents were for, and they said it was to open a bank account because people had started calling for shows.”

According to Peter, the conversation took an unexpected turn when Paul allegedly informed him that Psquare would no longer continue as a group.

“Paul then told me he was no longer doing Psquare.”

He further claimed Paul proposed a new revenue-sharing arrangement that would see the twins receive 35 percent each, while Jude would take 30 percent.

“I said we were back as brothers, not because of Psquare. He said, ‘You and I will take 35% each, while Jude will take 30%.’”

Peter questioned why Jude would receive such a large share, noting that the group had previously worked with other managers before bringing their elder brother on board.

“I asked, ‘What is all this your brother must manage you?’ Before we brought Jude in as our manager, we had already worked with three managers.”

The revelations have sparked fresh debate among fans, with many sharing different opinions on who they believe is responsible for the long-running family dispute.
