‎A Nigerian man’s post about the amount an Anglican church requested for his grandfather’s burial has left social media buzzing.

The man identifed as, @daddyfemzy on X (formerly Twitter), shared that the Anglican church requested ₦500,000 before proceeding with his grandfather’s burial arrangements.

‎According to the X user, all items in the Anglican church  including the deceased, are taxed.

‎In the now-viral tweet, he disclosed the church is located in Osun, while expressing his displeasure over the  amount demanded.
