Addressing critics who questioned how he was able to trademark the name, VeryDarkMan explained that the key factor is Class 35 of the trademark classification, which covers commercial and business-related activities. He stated that once a trademark is approved under this category, the holder gains exclusive rights to use the name for business and advertising within that class.

According to him, if B Lord continues to use the name for products or promotions within the same trademark class without authorization, it could amount to infringement and lead to legal consequences. He added that his lawyers are prepared to proceed with a lawsuit if necessary.
