‎A man has shared how billionaire businessman, Tony Elumelu credited his account with N2 million after his mother’s funeral.

‎The man identified with the Facebook handle, Chukwudi Iwuchukwu, shared that Tony Elumelu, who recently surprised Charles Okocha, a Nollywood actor, with $50,000, reached out to him via phone call 2 weeks after his mother’s funeral.

‎According to the Facebook user, the call caught him in a restaurant, and he spoke with the billionaire businessman in Igbo before switching to English.

‎ During the conversation, Tony Elumelu extended his condolences over her death and apologized for his absence despite receiving an invitation letter.

‎However, the conversation took a shocking turn after he inquired about her age at death, the circumstances surrounding her demise, and ended the conversation by requesting his account details.

‎”I was in the middle of a transit when my phone beeped. I saw a 2 million naira alert from the man I fondly call Chairman, Tony Onyemaechi Elumelu (TOE)”, He stated.
