In a recent development, a man identified as Benny Umoten shared a detailed account on Facebook,claiming to be on the same flight.

According to Benny Umoten, the dispute stemmed from a disagreement over a phone, with Comfort insisting it was on flight mode, while the attendant remained adamant until the plane landed.
Benny Umoten claimed that after the flight landed, Comfort was told security operatives had been invited to pick her up and despite pleas from fellow passengers, the crew remained adamant.

“As at the time I got down from the aircraft, the lady was calm, but the crew member were treating her bad as if something was wrong between them. They push the lady back on seat as if she’s a criminal”, He stated.
Additionally, he expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome and criticized the handling of the situation.
