Nigerian man who returned N1.8 million he found in noodles carton now lives in UK

A Nigerian man who went viral last year after he returned N1.8 million is now residing in the United Kingdom.

Recall that in June 202, Chidiebere Ogbonna said he found money in a carton of noodles he purchased.

According to reports, the carton was partially filled with noodles coupled with bundles of N1000 notes.

Chidiebere said he got home, opened the carton and when he saw what was inside, he immediately returned the N1.8m back.

When asked why he returned the cash despite the hardship ravaging the country right now, he said the money was not his, so there was no reason for him to keep it.

In a recent update, it has been revealed that he now lives in UK with his wife and kids.

A Twitter user, Okey Obioma shared new photos while noting that being good comes with its own rewards.
